Our Ministries

Ruth Circle

The women of our church gather on the third Thursday of every month except for June, July, and August. This group strives to help our community and the needs of others. Refreshments are served by the hostess of the meeting. These are followed by a special program and a devotion.

Radio Ministry

Each Sunday morning First Baptist hosts a 30 minute time with scripture, prayer and songs. Please tune in at 8:00 am to AM 1330 or FM 107.9. You may also listen to the radio sermons via our web home page.

Outreach

Along with various American Baptist Missions, First Baptist is currently helping in supporting five additional mission projects;

1st-- Damou Christian Mission www.damouhaiti.org/

2nd--the First Stop Help Center who provides assistance to people in financial difficulties; www.firststophelpcenter.org/

3rd-- Care and Share Food Bank of Lander offers food assistance to people who cannot afford food for their families. www.foodbanks.net/lander-wy/

4th--Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child through which children, world-wide, receive gift shoe boxes filled with items which are supplied and assembled by our congregation. ww.samaritanspurse.org/what-we-do/operation-christmas-child/
